eorHQ is an editorially independent research site that reviews and compares Employer of Record (EOR) providers worldwide. We help companies make informed decisions about global hiring with practical, data-backed analysis, not vendor marketing.

Why eorHQ Exists
A note from Anchal
I started reviewing EOR providers after being asked to hire in the UAE through an EOR model. On paper, the decision looked straightforward. In reality, it was not. There were dozens of regional and global providers making similar claims, but the details that actually mattered were buried: visa pathways, employer obligations, onboarding timelines, and the real total cost after local contributions.
Around the same time, I spoke with CFO contacts who were sourcing EOR partners in Australia to support MNC expansion. Their challenge was the same: too much marketing language, not enough operational clarity. That gap is why eorHQ exists. We publish practical reviews so finance and People teams can make high-stakes hiring decisions with less ambiguity.
Methodology
eorHQ uses the eorHQ 6-Dimension Score, six weighted dimensions calibrated for real provider decisions: compliance and entity model, global coverage depth, pricing and total cost, platform and integrations, onboarding and payroll ops, and support and escalation. Each provider review shows category-average benchmarks and qualitative tier labels.
Scores and ranking order are editorial and cannot be bought. Use review pages to build a shortlist quickly, then validate finalists with head-to-head comparisons, country guides, and direct commercial terms before procurement.

Independence and commercial relationships
We are editorially independent of EOR vendors: scores and ranking order are never for sale. Providers cannot pay to raise a 6-Dimension Score or reorder a methodology-based ranking. We may earn affiliate commissions, sell disclosed Featured or Partner placements (visibility only), and may run display advertising (including AdSense) on some pages. Corrections and Updates
