About eorHQ
eorHQ is an independent research platform that reviews and compares Employer of Record (EOR) providers worldwide. We help companies make informed decisions about global hiring by providing honest, data-driven analysis — not vendor marketing.
How eorHQ Helps You Choose an EOR
Hiring internationally through an Employer of Record sounds straightforward until payroll filings, entity ownership, and termination rules surface in your top markets. Most provider marketing emphasizes country counts and onboarding speed. Finance and People teams need operational clarity: who is the legal employer in Germany, what does all-in cost look like in India after statutory contributions, and what happens when a payroll correction lands two days before month-end.
eorHQ publishes independent EOR provider reviews, head-to-head comparisons, and country hiring guides built for that buyer. Every review uses our 6-dimension scoring framework — compliance (25%), coverage (20%), pricing (20%), platform (15%), onboarding (10%), and support (10%). We score providers on execution quality in specific countries, not brochure claims about global reach.
Where to start
Use the employee cost calculator to model statutory employer load plus platform fees, then shortlist two finalists with our EOR Checklist [PDF] or the full 15-point EOR scorecard guide. When you are ready to compare vendors side by side, start with best EOR providers overall or jump to your hiring country in country rankings. Questions or corrections? Contact the editorial team — we update confirmed errors within 48 hours.
Why eorHQ Exists
A note from Anchal
I started reviewing EOR providers after being asked to hire in the UAE through an EOR model. On paper, the decision looked straightforward. In reality, it was not. There were dozens of regional and global providers making similar claims, but the details that actually mattered were buried: visa pathways, employer obligations, onboarding timelines, and the real total cost after local contributions.
Around the same time, I spoke with CFO contacts who were sourcing EOR partners in Australia to support MNC expansion. Their challenge was the same: too much marketing language, not enough operational clarity. That gap is why eorHQ exists. We publish practical reviews so finance and People teams can make high-stakes hiring decisions with less ambiguity.
Methodology
eorHQ uses the eorHQ 6-Dimension Score — six weighted dimensions calibrated for real provider decisions: compliance, coverage, pricing, platform, onboarding, and support. Each provider review shows category-average benchmarks and qualitative tier labels.
Rankings are editorial and cannot be bought. Use review pages to build a shortlist quickly, then validate finalists with head-to-head comparisons, country guides, and direct commercial terms before procurement.
