By using eorhq.com ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site. The Site is operated by KASP Digital LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("KASP," "we," "us"). eorHQ is a publication of KASP Digital LLC.

What This Site Is

eorHQ publishes provider pages, comparisons, and guides about Employer of Record (EOR) providers and international employment. Content is informational and compiled from publicly available sources (provider websites, third-party review platforms, and related public materials). Scores summarize that public information via AI models. See the disclosure. eorHQ is not an EOR, PEO, or staffing provider.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, financial, or employment advice. Site content covers employment law, tax obligations, provider pricing, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Independence

KASP Digital LLC does not currently fund eorHQ through display advertising, affiliate programs, or paid placement sold to providers. Commercial details are on our disclosure page.

Providers cannot pay to change scores, ranking order, or page placement.

Intellectual Property

Site design, compilation structure, and original presentation on eorHQ are owned by KASP Digital LLC. Underlying facts drawn from third parties remain subject to their owners' rights. You may link to our content and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or repurpose substantial portions of the Site without written permission.

Provider logos, product names, and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on eorHQ does not imply endorsement by those companies.

User Conduct

Don't use the Site to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content beyond what robots.txt permits
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
  • Reproduce our content at scale or pass it off as your own

Limitation of Liability

KASP Digital LLC, eorHQ, and their contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
