Publishing Guidelines

eorHQ exists because EOR buyers still compare providers on marketing claims, not verifiable public details. Undisclosed partner entities, FX markups buried in invoices, and overpromised SLAs show up in procurement only after payroll fails. These guidelines explain how public sources are compiled into consistent pages, how scores are organized, and how corrections work.

Sources and role

Ratings, rankings, and provider details are compiled from publicly available sources (provider websites, third-party review platforms, and related public materials). Scores summarize that public information via AI models. Anchal Katyal is the founder; her day-to-day role is limited to site design, maintenance, and updates. See full disclosure.

Commercial relationships

eorHQ is operated by KASP Digital LLC (UAE) and is not owned by any EOR vendor. eorHQ does not sell affiliate referrals or paid Featured/Partner placement. The site does not currently run display advertising. Scores and ranking order are not for sale. See the 6-Dimension Score and disclosure.

Research standards

  • Public pricing and contracts: List prices, fee pages, and published contract terms are checked where available.
  • Entity verification: Owned vs partner models are checked using public registries and provider documentation.
  • Third-party cross-reference: G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot ratings are cited separately from the structured score tables.
  • Country weighting: Country ranking pages re-rank providers using the 6-Dimension Score plus country-specific criteria stated on each page.
  • Corrections: Factual errors are updated within 48 hours when verified against a public source. Email anchal@eorhq.com.

What we publish

Every provider page follows a consistent structure: summary, pricing breakdown, strengths, gaps, country coverage, pros and cons, head-to-head links, and a summary compiled from public signals, including who may want to skip the provider. Comparison pages state how each ranking was built on the page. We do not sell ranking order or republish vendor-written copy as fact.

What we do not publish

  • Provider marketing copy presented as fact without a public source
  • Scores or ranking order sold to vendors
  • Thin country pages without country-specific compliance detail
  • Unverified pricing presented as confirmed. Estimates stay hedged in copy (for example with ~) rather than shown as list price

Compare and pricing tools

The provider compare table and pricing table use the same scores, fees, entity model, and country data as provider pages, free to use, no sign-up required.
